We also can provide aSa Fabrication Codes and Release Reports, or either item simply converted into EXCEL format.
Hard Copies of Project Contract Drawings and Specifications are not required. If necessary DMS will provide a link to our
"DMS Sharefile System", which allows our clients to upload any size Construction Document file directly to our office.
If CAD Files for a Project are not available from the Engineer (to help reduce the amount of time req'd to produce Submittal
Drawings in a timely manner), we are also able to convert most .pdf plan copies into a usable CAD file.
Our Estimates are produced using the Soule System, and include an easy to read Itemized Takeoff List, Fabrication Reports,
Or Other separations by project elements as may be necessary. Samples of which are also available upon request.
